Subscription Plans

Brandora offers both free and paid subscription plans. Our paid plans (Growth and Scale) are billed on a monthly or annual basis with automatic renewal. All paid plans include a free trial period so you can evaluate the product before being charged.

General Refund Policy

Because Brandora subscriptions provide immediate access to our AI-powered tools, premium features, and human expert services upon payment, all payments are final and generally non-refundable. This policy is clearly stated in our Terms of Service and displayed before checkout to ensure full transparency.

We strongly encourage all users to take advantage of our free trial period to explore the platform and evaluate whether Brandora is the right fit before committing to a paid subscription.

Exceptions

While our payments are generally non-refundable, we understand that special circumstances may arise. We carefully review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for situations such as:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges due to technical errors
  • Unauthorized charges on your payment method
  • Significant service disruptions or outages that prevented you from using the platform during your billing period

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@brandora.ai. When you cancel:

  • Your plan stops renewing so there are no future charges
  • You retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your data is retained for 30 days after your subscription ends, after which it is permanently deleted
  • You can reactivate your account within the 30-day retention window without losing your data

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are billed as a single upfront payment for the full year. Annual plans are non-refundable after purchase. If you cancel an annual plan, your access continues for the remainder of the annual period, and you will not be charged at renewal.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact us:

  • Include your account email, the date of the charge, and a brief description of your situation

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
