How do I connect my social media accounts?

Go to Settings, then Integrations. Select the platform you want to connect (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, or LinkedIn), click Connect, and follow the authorization prompts. Dora will immediately start analyzing your brand history to tailor future content.

How are credits calculated?

Each Dora product uses a different number of credits per action. Social media posts use 1 credit, product images use 3 credits, and ad copy sets use 2 credits. Your dashboard shows real-time credit usage and remaining balance.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes. Navigate to Settings, then Billing, and select Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Unused credits carry over for 30 days.

Will Dora publish without my approval?

Never. Every piece of content Dora creates goes through your approval queue first. You can review, edit, or reject any post before it goes live. This approval-first workflow is core to how Brandora works.

What if my connected account has little or no history?

Dora works with any amount of brand data. For new accounts, she uses your brand profile settings, industry benchmarks, and competitor analysis to generate relevant content. As you approve and publish more posts, her output becomes increasingly tailored to your brand voice.
